Whitewater Courses and Parks 2010: Making it Happen and Making it Work will be held at the Salida SteamPlant Theatre and Event Center in Salida, Colorado. This historic venue is riverside to the Arkansas River and offers an ideal locale for WCP as the event center looks out on an existing whitewater park.
